Cornerstone Building Ltd is a family owned and operated building company based in Christchurch. We offer a "professional building service with that personal touch". We do small developments, new builds, building relocations, additions and renovations. We also work with several leading insurers rebuilding Christchurch after the devastating earthquakes that hit our city in 2010/2011..
Cornerstone Building Ltd operates as a Main contractor and our systems have been designed to provide an efficient service to our clients with the result of producing a high quality, high volume rate of work from insurance repairs, maintenance, additions, alterations, new housing and light commercial work. We pride ourselves on being big enough to offer a great quality service while still maintaining that one-on-one relationship with the company owner and our clients.
We employ our own team of builders and support staff, and we have in place a wide range of excellent sub contractors. All of this means we are well placed to offer top quality and professional.
